These Terms apply to the Taki Sensi mobile application, including its sensitivity profiles, Taki AI, community features, and premium access. "We", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of Taki Sensi. For inquiries or questions, contact support@takiff.online.

1. Eligibility and Your Account
Taki Sensi is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age of majority or cannot independently enter into legal contracts in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve these Terms. Do not initiate in-app purchases without the permission of the payment account holder.
Some features are freely accessible without a premium account. Premium activation requires completing a verified purchase and linking it to your registered account via Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account credentials securely, and not sell, transfer, or share your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. What Sensitivity Settings and Taki AI Provide
Sensitivity settings are starting points to try and tune, not guaranteed gameplay outcomes. Hand speed, screen response, device hardware, aiming habits, and game version significantly influence performance. We recommend testing recommended profiles in the Training Ground.
- No Guaranteed Performance: No profile, Secret Sensi setting, AI calibration, or premium purchase guarantees headshots, wins, rank elevation, or automatic aim improvements. Premium purchases are not for bespoke, manually tested custom settings.
- Curated Secret Sensi: Secret Sensi provides access to a curated catalog of sensitivity setups. Community likes, featured placements, or trending tags do not certify professional endorsements or guarantee in-game effectiveness.
- Taki AI Guidance: Taki AI provides experimental automated suggestions based on machine learning models. Suggestions may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate; users must evaluate recommendations before applying them.
- Independent Companion App: Taki Sensi is an independent gaming companion app. It is not an official Garena product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire. All game names, marks, and assets belong to their respective copyright holders. Taki Sensi does not promote, provide, or authorize cheats, hacks, or any violation of game terms.
3. Premium Purchase and Access
The premium product for Taki Sensi is currently offered as a one-time lifetime purchase, not an automatically recurring subscription. The price shown at Google Play checkout (advertised at ₹49 for India) applies.
- Included Features: Premium grants access to features active during your purchase, such as the Secret Sensi vault, Taki AI assistance, community publishing, and direct support. Your payment covers access to these digital tools, not guaranteed gameplay victories.
- No Recurring Fees: Lifetime access incurs no periodic monthly or annual subscription charges. Online app services require server maintenance; we do not promise uninterrupted uptime or that individual models or profiles remain permanently static.
- Fair-Use Quotas for AI: Taki AI queries and server-intensive features operate under reasonable fair-use limits and anti-abuse safeguards. Lifetime premium access does not imply unlimited automated AI calls.
- Payment & Restoration: Payments are processed securely by Google Play. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the in-app Restore Purchase feature. Do not buy the product a second time to resolve an activation delay without first contacting support@takiff.online. Purchases cannot be transferred across distinct accounts.
4. Community Content and Acceptable Use
You retain intellectual ownership of sensitivity profiles you submit. By sharing content publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, format, display, and moderate your submission. Your chosen username and settings are visible to other app users.
You agree not to:
- Upload copyrighted material without permission, private data, or offensive content.
- Make misleading claims promising guaranteed gameplay results.
- Manipulate likes, views, ratings, or profile rankings artificially.
- Impersonate content creators, pro players, or other users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack app APIs or servers.
We reserve the right to remove community submissions and restrict accounts that violate these rules or compromise app security.
5. Refunds, Cancellation, and Dispute Records
All refund and cancellation inquiries are subject to our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Google Play consumer rights. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not trigger an automatic refund.
For Google Play purchase dispute reviews, limited server logs of successful premium requests (generation timestamps and feature IDs) are maintained for 90 days. These verification logs exclude prompt text and personal messages.
6. Availability, Governing Law, and Contact
While we strive for high service reliability, temporary service interruptions may occur due to network conditions, cloud provider updates, or scheduled maintenance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express warranties.
